Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common indoor areas
Pets are not allowed on the property
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests
Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host
